Alison holds a master of science in instructional technology and brings to Encompass more than 10 years of experience working with clients to create effective solutions that drive performance. Her expertise includes creating a wide range of learning assets, including microlearning, graphic novels, eLearning, workshops, and performance aids. At Encompass, Alison boosts organizational performance by designing dynamic, activity-driven training programs tailored for today’s learners. She collaborates with clients from initial concept to final regulatory approval, creating programs focused on sales onboarding, leadership development, sales capabilities, meetings, and product launches.
What do you most enjoy about your work?
I enjoy building meaningful partnerships with clients by finding creative ways to tailor solutions that meet a client’s goals. I also love the constant learning that comes with exploring new subject matter—it keeps the work fresh, engaging, and intellectually stimulating.
Hobbies
I love experimenting with new recipes, staying active with a good workout, unwinding with a movie, and especially hanging out with my husband and our pets.
