Chandler brings to Encompass more than 9 years of experience in customer service, including time as a pharmacy technician, volunteer firefighter, and hospital volunteer. In his role as an Associate Instructional Designer, he supports the team leads, assists in the development of innovative eLearning modules and videos, and provides graphic design support for the team. Chandler holds an AAS in Health and Human Services Technology from Gaston College and is currently working toward a BS in Health and Human Services through Western Governors University.
What do you most enjoy about your work?
I love learning more about teaching others in innovative and interesting ways! I enjoy bringing my creativity and my background to develop new and fun learning strategies.
Hobbies
I enjoy spending time outdoors and staying active, whether it’s gardening with my mom, swimming, running, or hiking with my fiancée and my service dog, Clara. Cooking and baking, however, are my favorite hobbies. I’m always in the kitchen creating new healthy recipes, and I enjoy sharing my dishes and teaching others how to make healthy variations of their favorite meals!
