We’re pleased to announce that Encompass has been awarded Gold in the Non-Broadcast / Craft-Motion Graphics category by the 39th Annual 2018 Telly Awards for our video Communications Across Generations. The video explores how learning and communication styles are impacted by the era in which people grow up, as well as other factors that influence their perspectives. Throughout, the film provides tips to improve collaboration across generations.

Receiving over 12,000 entries from five continents and each of the 50 states, the Telly Awards honors excellence in video and television across all screens. Entrants are judged by leaders from video platforms, television and streaming networks, agencies, and production companies including Vice, Vimeo, Hearst Digital Media, and BuzzFeed.

In her announcement of the award, Sabrina Dridje, managing director of the Telly Awards, wrote, “Encompass is pushing the boundaries for video and television innovation and creativity at a time when the industry is rapidly changing. This award is a tribute to the talent and vision of its creators.”

We’re honored to receive this prize and the high praise, and would like to thank our design partners, the Cubicle Ninjas, for their outstanding contributions to this video.

The official award announcement and winning video can be viewed on the Telly Award site.
