She holds a PhD in experimental analysis of behavior from Auburn University and works to develop content that makes academic material relevant and accessible beyond the classroom.

What do you most enjoy about your work?

I like finding ways to use the principles of behavior analysis to improve performance and help others grow in their roles. It’s incredibly rewarding to bring a creative lens to the training process, from designing more engaging training to discovering new ways to present complex material. Above all, I enjoy working alongside colleagues to brainstorm, solve problems, and shape effective learning experiences that build meaningful connections across our clients’ teams.

Hobbies

I enjoy spending time with my husband and adult kids exploring the nearby beaches and rivers. I am always on the lookout for the perfect sunset, and love finding overlooks or natural areas that provide the best presentation. I also like searching for hidden “treasures,” such as broken pottery and fossils. On quieter days, you can often find me flower gardening.
