What do you most enjoy about your work?

I enjoy the process of helping organizations translate complex challenges—from onboarding and compliance to product launches and culture change—into practical, performance-driven solutions that work for all learners. This means, from the outset, considering the needs and learning styles of all participants to ensure everyone can fully benefit from these solutions.

Hobbies

I like to explore nearby waterways, hike local trails, and attend music festivals that celebrate the creative spirit of South Carolina’s upstate region where I live. As a volunteer teacher at an alternative middle school, I support students in building their confidence and communication skills. My husband and I share our home with 2 spirited dogs and a cat and are proud parents of 3 adult children who are charting their own paths beyond the nest.
