Karen Larsen has more than two decades of experience working directly with clients in a variety of roles involving learning and human capital management in the pharmaceutical and education management industry globally. She is adept at uncovering organizations’ learning and development needs through research that includes facilitating summits and strategic meetings, conducting one-on-one interviews, and launching qualitative assessments. She is able to synthesize various goals and objectives into action-oriented strategies and tactics to further learning across all types of organizations, industries and cultures.
