Rachel uses her experience and expertise from decades in the pharmaceutical industry to ensure projects are compliant with the PARC/MLR process and align to customer goals. At Encompass, Rachel manages projects to ensure deadlines are met and proofreads content.
What do you most enjoy about your work?
I take satisfaction in knowing that each project ultimately impacts patients by bringing insights and learnings to healthcare providers and their life science partners.
Hobbies
Attending my two grandchildren’s soccer and baseball games keeps me busy, and I enjoy traveling—especially to beach destinations, gardening, creating handmade cards and golfing. Also, I use my teaching skills and years of experience with sales representatives to facilitate and lead GriefShare, a grief support group helping others find healing on the grief journey.
