With more than 15 years of experience across multiple industries, including numerous life sciences clients, Sheri brings to Encompass a deep expertise in instructional design, coaching, and customer engagement. Her unique career began in the classroom as an art teacher, where she developed an early appreciation for creativity, experimentation, and a learner-centered approach. Today, Sheri leads the design, development, and delivery of impactful learning solutions, partnering closely with Encompass’s clients and internal teams to create engaging, results-driven experiences.
Sheri holds 2 master’s degrees from Lehigh University: the first in Instructional Design and Development and the second in Learning Sciences and Technology, with a focus on gaming for instruction. She has also earned certificates from Cornell University in Change Management and Business Strategy. This passion for learning, as well as her curiosity about human motivation, shapes her innovative, learner-focused approach.
What do you most enjoy about your work?
I love partnering with clients to diagnose challenges and then designing solutions that not only meet business goals but genuinely engage learners. There’s something really rewarding about blending creativity, strategy, and a bit of fun to bring learning to life and make it stick.
Hobbies
I enjoy painting and photography, exploring new creative outlets, and staying active. I’m currently working toward completing a 50-state 5K challenge with my husband, Jason. At home, I spend time with my beagle Abby, who occasionally makes guest appearances on afternoon calls.
