Brittany leads the project management team at Encompass, helping to keep processes running smoothly and team members working together in harmony. Bringing to Encompass more than 17 years of project and account management experience in the life sciences and healthcare industries, Brittany serves as a critical link between Encompass and its clients, forging and maintaining partnerships and ensuring the delivery of effective training and communications solutions.
Brittany earned a bachelor’s degree in business marketing from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
What do you most enjoy about your work?
Problem-solving! I love finding and creating solutions that meet the needs of our team and clients. No day is ever the same, and it’s energizing. I love becoming an extension of our clients’ teams and knowing that we’re making their jobs just a little bit easier and having a big impact on their business.
Hobbies
My hobbies include spending time with my family, including my 2 boys Rhett and Beau, my husband Ryan, and Marshall the springer doodle. I also enjoy playing USTA tennis and a friendly game of mahjong, as well as cheering on my boys when they play sports—soccer, baseball, and golf!
