This company had no digital place to store and access resources such as eLearnings, disease state modules, and videos.

Once we started looking at client materials, we proposed several new topics where we saw gaps. From there, we created touchpoints to fill those gaps and tested using Expedition Everest.
Aha Moment:
Expedition Everest allowed us to identify gaps in the company reps’ knowledge. We created new resources to address these gaps and retested with Expedition Everest.
Outcome:
Expedition Everest allowed us to quickly identify and address problem areas. The digital resource library allows us to keep learning fresh by easily loading new resources. This enhanced library equips company reps with the knowledge to have meaningful and purposeful conversations with physicians.
