She acts as a strategic partner across projects, shaping training approaches, elevating design quality, and ensuring every solution is aligned to business goals and learner needs.
With a master of science in instructional technology from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and global recognition for her design work, Chapin brings deep expertise in leadership development, selling skills, coaching, and performance improvement. She is a frequent conference speaker and published author in top industry journals.
What do you most enjoy about your work?
What I enjoy most is leading a team of innovative instructional designers and guiding the strategy behind the solutions we create together. I also appreciate the discovery aspect of working with clients—digging into their needs, identifying root causes, and crafting the right approach. It often feels a little like being Sherlock Holmes, and that investigative element keeps me energized.
Hobbies
My hobbies include kayaking, maintaining an active fitness routine, attending pop culture conventions, exploring iconic filming locations with my husband, and spending quality time with my border collies.
