Jenn Lalli

Jenn brings to Encompass more than 15 years of combined sales and marketing leadership in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and dental industries. Her experience includes positions with a number of industry-leading companies such as Johnson & Johnson and Philips Sonicare. At Encompass, Jenn is responsible for account management and strategy, business development, and marketing activities. She serves as a primary contact for clients, partnering with them to better understand their goals so Encompass can deliver strategies and solutions to meet their training needs. Jenn earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Villanova University and a Master of Business Administration, with a specialty in marketing, from the University of Connecticut.

What do you most enjoy about your work?

I love Encompass’s consultative, comprehensive approach to providing training solutions. The fact that we’re not a “one and done” kind of training company enables us to be a true partner that really understands our clients’ goals and needs.


I love traveling with my husband and children, especially to Ocean City, NJ. A lifelong college basketball fan (Go Wildcats!), I like challenging myself athletically, especially on my Peloton bike. And then there’s my love of Starbucks® coffee—seriously, I can never get enough!
