Jim Gamgort brings to Encompass more than 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, including work with Alcresta Therapeutics, Inc., The Medicines Company, and Johnson & Johnson. He has led multiple drug and medical device launches in the United States, European Union, and Latin America. His leadership experience includes commercial expertise spanning from small start-up medical device companies to large pharmaceutical brands with more than $2 billion in sales.
At Encompass, Jim has overall responsibility for business development and marketing activities, as well as strategic brand support for our clients looking to launch new brands and expand existing assets.
Jim earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from Hobart and William Smith Colleges in Geneva, NY, and studied economics at Franklin University Switzerland.

I enjoy working as a partner with our clients to identify and build new growth opportunities in the marketplace. Marketing brands in life sciences is an ever-evolving process. Being on the forefront of this innovative arena and executing alongside our clients is truly exciting!
