Nettie brings more than 25 years of experience in the learning and performance industry to the Encompass team. Throughout her career, Nettie has partnered with many Fortune 500 companies and successfully led diverse and creative teams to deliver superior results. Her BS in biomedical communications combined with an AA in business provides her with a unique understanding of the performance needs of life science and wellness organizations. Over her career Nettie has built upon this foundation to become expert in developing engaging, relevant learning programs.
What do you most enjoy about your work?
It’s refreshing to be surrounded by the enthusiasm, talent, and intelligence of the Encompass team. I learn something new every day from my colleagues and our clients. It’s great to work in an atmosphere where I’m both challenged and supported in my efforts to help our clients achieve their performance goals through behavioral change.
Hobbies
I grew up in an Italian household, and it’s an understatement to say that family and food are my passions. I take great satisfaction in growing herbs and cooking for family and friends. In addition, I enjoy sailing, Tai chi, camping, kayaking, and skiing.
