Sarah Payne

Sarah brings more than 25 years of experience designing, delivering, and sustaining training initiatives—19 of those in a leadership and coaching capacity. Her first teaching role was in the U.S Peace Corps; since then, she’s served in diverse industry roles. Among them was leading the Sale Operations function, which gives her a unique perspective on supporting field application and accountability related to sales training initiatives. Sarah is highly collaborative and has a knack for assessing needs and deploying practical learning solutions. She earned her bachelor’s degree in economics from Davidson College in North Carolina.

What do you most enjoy about your work?

I love helping others learn new tasks and seeing the business impact of strong training initiatives. I firmly believe in our iEAR approach and its ability to drive learning.

Hobbies

I have a passion for traveling to new places and experiencing different cultures. At home, nothing beats a day at the beach, taking my mom to a favorite restaurant, or hanging out with my 7-year-old boxer Podi and 2-year-old cat Katy Purry.
