We’re thrilled to share that Encompass was awarded Gold in the Training/Educational: Interpersonal Skills category at the 2018 Aurora Awards Competition for our video “Communications Across Generations.” The Aurora Awards is a professional filmmakers’ recognition company that honors brilliance in film, video, and motion media internationally. Entrants are judged by award-winning filmmakers from across the United States who have extensive experience in the motion media industry.

Our award-winning video explores how learning and communication styles are impacted by the era in which people grow up, as well as other factors that influence their perspectives. The judging panel cited the video’s “great topic” and noted that the “use of graphics and on screen text made absorption of key points easier.” Overall, the judges gave the video a “high” designation in all three of the competition’s categories—execution, content, and creativity—and an overall average engagement score of 94%.

We’re honored to be selected by the Aurora Awards because it’s an affirmation of what we do for our clients: the individualized approach to learning highlighted in this video is the same approach that drives the creation of all our training solutions.
